When Rabbi Shalom Dovber Lipskar was sent to the beach town of Bal Harbour, Florida decades ago, it was nowhere near the bustling hub of Jewish life that it is today. In the years since, he built a beautiful community - spirituality, and in its majestic physical presence. Along the way, he also launched the ALEPH Institute, servicing Jewish prisoners and their families, as well as Jewish servicemen and women in the Armed Forces, with a dazzling array of offerings.
