As an oleh (immigrant) from the US at age 30, Jay is unrivaled in his passion for the Land and State of Israel, and his insistence on its singular potential to catalyze the Jewish future. Through his Am Yisrael Foundation - an umbrella group comprising massive Shabbat programming, Torah study groups, speakers series, political activism, and social service initiatives - Jay is changing the face of Tel Aviv...and the Jewish world at large.
